Everything on Sinaps exists to help students revise their course. It is written to match the curriculum being taught, which is not always the same as what is current best practice.
Do not use Sinaps to make decisions about the care of any patient, and do not use it as a drug reference. Use your institution's clinical guidelines, current formularies, and the supervision of a qualified clinician.
If you are not a medical student and have arrived here looking for health information, this is the wrong place. Speak to a doctor.
Where the content comes from
Questions and lessons are written by students from their own study material and revision notes, following the topics on the curriculum. Everything is checked by hand before publishing, but that review is editorial, not clinical — Sinaps does not currently have a qualified clinician reviewing content.
Some questions are marked as machine-generated. Those carry an explicit badge wherever they appear, and the same caution applies to them, more so.
Errors
Errors will exist. If you find one — a wrong answer key, an out-of-date fact, a badly worded question — please report it to hello@sinaps.md. Corrections are made quickly and benefit everyone using that bank.
